ZEN.COM is a Polish fintech offering a multi-currency account and card with cashback and low-fee international transfers.
Zen.com maintains strong customer backing at 4.6/5 across 79,044 ratings with steady recent sentiment. Media focus on payment simplification and zero-fee offers masks a minor sentiment softening that warrants monitoring.

The card I reach for when the bill isn't in my own currency
The ZEN.COM card stays in my wallet for one reason: I pay with it whenever the bill is not in my own currency. The account holds dozens of currencies, the conversion shows in the app the moment I pay, and I am never left waiting to find out what a bank decided to add over the weekend. For shopping on foreign sites and for travelling, that alone was worth changing cards for.
The second reason is the cashback. It lands on the transaction itself rather than as a monthly payout I have to remember to claim, and it applies at places I was going to buy from anyway - so it works without me managing it. Small amounts, but they are money that simply was not there before.
Then there is the Reward Zone. Paying with the card collects shards, shards turn into Stones, and a Stone is redeemed against a transaction you pick - the money comes back to the account. It is gamified and it knows it, but at the end of the month the effect is unglamorous and real: the bill is lower than it would have been.
