✦ Sentiment OverviewUpdated every month · Aug 19, 2026

Bunq maintains solid customer approval at 4.2/5 across nearly 94,000 ratings, with steady sentiment among users. However, media coverage has turned decidedly negative following the US OCC's rejection of its national bank charter application, citing significant compliance concerns - a setback that contrasts sharply with resilient customer-facing satisfaction. The NeoBase sentiment index stands at 76.1/100, down 1.1 week-over-week, reflecting this regulatory headwind.
