93% of French people are familiar with cryptocurrencies. Only 11% actually own them. I was recently quoted in an article by *Le Figaro* about the growing accessibility of crypto in France. To me, that gap tells a much bigger story than adoption numbers ever could. For years, we've assumed crypto has an awareness problem. I'm not convinced it does. People know what Bitcoin is. They've heard of Ethereum. They see crypto in the news almost every week. The challenge isn't awareness anymore. It's confidence. If you've never bought crypto before, you're expected to understand wallets, exchanges, seed phrases, private keys, networks, and thousands of different assets. That's a lot to ask someone who's simply curious. Often we think adoption comes from convincing more people. In reality, it often comes from making the first step feel less intimidating. That's one of the reasons we've focused so heavily on simplifying the experience at Cryptonow. If buying your first crypto asset feels as straightforward as buying a gift card while doing your weekly shop, you've removed one of the biggest barriers before the conversation has even started. Technology rarely becomes mainstream because people suddenly become more interested. It becomes mainstream when using it stops feeling complicated.
