About Ari10

Ari10 (ARI10 Sp. z o.o.) was a Poznań-based crypto-asset exchange and payment gateway. Its exchange was operated by Bitcan sp. z o.o., which ended its Polish VASP activity on 30 June 2026 as the country's MiCA transition period closed, and the Ari10 service shut down on 1 July 2026. The group's Dutch entity WEB3 Technology B.V. holds the MiCA CASP licence and now trades under the RGLTD brand rather than as Ari10.

Frequently asked questions

Does Ari10 have a MiCA licence?

Not any more. Ari10 stopped serving customers on 1 July 2026. The group's remaining CASP authorisation is held by its Dutch entity under a different brand, and is not a licence to use Ari10. The authorisation is registered to WEB3 Technology B.V., which trades as RGLTD, regulated by Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in Netherlands.

Can I still use Ari10?

No. Ari10 no longer serves customers. The MiCA-authorised business of the group operates under the RGLTD brand instead.

Who holds Ari10's former MiCA authorisation?

WEB3 Technology B.V. holds the CASP authorisation in the ESMA register, supervised by Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in Netherlands. It trades as RGLTD.

Is a MiCA licence the same as a CASP licence?

Yes. MiCA (MiCAR) is the EU regulation; a CASP (crypto-asset service provider) is a firm it licenses. "MiCA register", "CASP register" and "ESMA register" all refer to the same official list.
