It has come to ECA’s attention that sometime in the last few weeks, work at the Fintail Drive site (where DC Blox has made a request to build their data center) was started without authorization. Work was started with no prior approval or permits given from the City of Indianapolis. This action displays a complete and total disregard for our neighborhood, city, and the processes and laws that we are all expected to follow. We understand that an inspection has been completed and a stop-work order issued. This only adds further proof to what we already know: DC Blox does not care about our communities, and we need to fight as hard as we can to keep them out of Indianapolis. ECA will continue to monitor the situation and keep our community informed.

Baka pwede pong makahingi ng tulong makapagrecover. Halos 1 and a half years old na wala sakin ung account ko.. sinasabi ko rin sa roblox na first bind ung email ko sa account. Eh yung problema is nakapagbili na ng robux yung naghack sakin dito kaya ayaw na ni roblox pinalitan din nila ng username. Ngayon lang ulit ako nagkapag-asa na itry ibalik tong account nato.

A company called DC BLOX planned a nearly 70,000-square-foot data center on land just a few hundred feet from the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere home to thousands of animals, including sensitive and endangered species. Zoo officials feared that a facility operating 24 hours a day could expose animals to constant noise, vibrations, bright lighting and other environmental changes. So they asked the public for help. The response was enormous. More than half a million people signed a petition opposing the project, and musicians including Brad Paisley, Sheryl Crow and Jack White joined the growing campaign. Then Nashville city leaders took an extraordinary step. The Metro Council voted 27–5 to authorize the city to acquire the 23.5-acre property either by reaching an agreement with the owner or, if necessary, through eminent domain. Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s administration backed the proposal. The move could ultimately prevent the data center from being built beside the zoo. But the fight isn’t completely over. DC BLOX purchased the property for $23 million and has challenged Nashville’s data-center restrictions in federal court, meaning the project’s final fate could still be decided through negotiations and legal proceedings. Still, what began as a dispute over one development has become something much bigger. Hundreds of thousands of people saw a potential threat to animals that couldn’t speak for themselves and made enough noise that an entire city government responded. Sometimes protecting wildlife doesn’t begin in a forest or on an endangered-species list. Sometimes it begins with people deciding that the neighbors on the other side of the fence are worth protecting too.
