Loyalty programmes have become one of the most important commercial levers for global brands like airlines and hotel groups. Last month, our CEO and Co-founder James Lynn joined FT Live’s panel webinar,  ‘How open finance is changing financial services’, to discuss how organisations can harness open finance to drive growth, derive new value from data and deliver more seamless, customer-first experiences.
